Goods are to be paid for in full before being sent.

If we are building an assembly, such as a diff, or doing a brake conversion, we usually require a 50% deposit and the balance on completion, ie before delivery or collection. Sometimes, milestone payments may be required.

If we are building a Full Floater or similar that involves you buying our assemblies to be fitted we may ask for payment for the parts we supply before undertaking the work.

Payment will normally be  EFT deposit into our account, a credit card transaction or, on approval, PayPal. Cheques are also accepted subject to clearance before delivery

 

Returns.

MSF Racing Components happily accepts returns and offers refunds if the goods are faulty or were incorrectly supplied.

Change of mind returns, ie when the parts are fit for use but the buyer wishes to exchange or upgrade will be at our discretion.

Returned components must be unused and not altered in any way.

No returns after 14 days.

There are no returns on goods specially made, modified or bought in.

Items being exchanged must be returned before the replacement is sent.

We must be advised of intention to return before the goods are returned.

No return on goods not received within 14 days of you requesting a return.

Sender pays freight on goods returned for inspection or exchange.

Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Warranty

There is no warranty or guarantee of performance, express or implied, on components used, or intended for racing or off road use
