Mount Mazda Series 4/5 or 6 rear calipers and discs to your HiLux diff using our easy to fit bolt on steel brackets.

The later model RX7 brakes are the preferred choice for front calipers on the early model Mazdas.
Now you can use the matching cable operated handbrake rear calipers and ventilated discs on the rear of HiLux diff equipped cars with MSF Racing Components convenient mounting bracket kit.

Note calipers and discs are not supplied and the axle flange has to be machined to 140 mm diameter.

Big Bearing Hubs

Mazda Rotary R100 RX 2-3 RX4 RX7 1-2-3
Get your race RX Mazda hadling like it is on rails and eliminate all the std hub, stub axle and bearing issues. Mazda RX2, RX3 and RX7 stub axles are undersized and particularly flexible. The hub bearings are small and wear quickly and the cast iron hubs are heavy, and weak.
MSF Big Bearing Hub assemblies are extremely stiff, strong, long wearing and light. With the stub axle sleeve, oversized bearings, a preload spacer and chrome moly steel construction
Cornering camber loss when a bump or kerb is hit is eliminated.
Toe does not change under braking loads and pad knock off disappears.
Braking performance is greatly improved.
For maximum straight true and repeatable hard braking with modern high friction pads stiff hubs, bearing and stub axles are essential.
Drivers report much better pad life because of the taper wear reduction.
The steering is sharper and more directional.
At-event hub servicing and the nagging worries about bearing overheating and hub and stub axle issues are gone.
MSF Big Bearing Front Hubs are clean and attractive. We use a Mil spec black zinc coating on steel parts and the end caps or wheel guides are anodised and screw on so no messy grease cap is visible inside the wheel.
The commonly used upgrade RX4 stub axle assemblies are only marginally bigger than standard and while adding a degree or so of camber on an RX7 do vitually nothing to improve the flex and bearing life issues.

We supply to suit the popular RX4/929 strut and can fit to other Mazda strut legs.
DIY fitting is straightforward or we can install.

These hubs are now supplied with an upgraded outer bearing kit. The bearing is the same the same as the RX4 and other Mazdas use, and gives an increase in strength and life, especially for cars with bigger wheels and tyres. This bearing has a 19.05 bore.  I supply a special hardened steel sleeve pressed into the bearing to match the smaller RX7 stub axle diameter.
These kits with the 2 sleeves, 2 bearings and 2 grease caps are $70.00

Custom and Competition Brake Upgrades

We've been making high performance and competition braking equipment for RX Mazdas for over 25 years.
Our race standard designs all use aluminium hats, often with full floating bobbin designs, and handed, curved vane racing discs from our several suppliers. 
We don't use short life, warpage prone, American 'Short Track' discs.
Our race rated front brakes are generally fitted with radial mounted calipers with external fluid pipes for their strength and heat resistance. They are mounted using high stiffness aluminium brackets to provide deflection free performance.
We don't play around with 1 piece production discs for racing. The disc and it's correct mounting are the key for brake performance and rotor and pad life. We can tailor a brake package for the front and rear of any Mazda or other car and give the fade free, high G, modulatable and long lasting performance available.

RX7 Series 1-2 Brake Upgrade

Pinion Bearing spacer solid

Strengthens the pinion bearing assembly for a more accurate mesh, less deflection and power loss and longer gear life.
Allows the pinion nut to be done up full tight.

Camber Compensating Block Sets

Lowered Mazdas usually end up with the front control arm at an unfavourable angle for best handling and steering.
Camber compensating spacers are fitted between the steering arm and the strut to correct the control arm angle and to minimise the bump steer effects  lower cars may suffer from.

Our spacers are made from 5083 plate aluminium for superior strength and accuracy and can be supplied in lengths from 10 to 50 mm with 20 and 32 mm being standard.  High tensile bolts are included.
